Hourly Moorage
Hourly moorage is limited and on a first come first serve basis (includes 5% GST)
40′ or less – $10 per hour (maximum of 3 hours or overnight rate is charged)
41′ and more – $20 per hour (maximum of 3 hours or overnight rate is charged)
Dingy Moorage - $10 / day (includes 5% GST)
Transient Moorage
$2.40 per foot per night April 1st to September 30th
$1.40 per foot per night October 1st to March 31
Rates include power (excluding 5% GST)
Check-in 1:00pm Check-out 11:00am.
Group Bookings
With Group bookings of 500′ of dock space or more we offer a $0.25/ft discount to our Summer overnight rate.
BBQ's and our banquet tent available for booking, group moorage guests get 50% off the tent pricing below!
Tent Bookings: $400 half day, $800 full day
Liveaboard Rates
Liveaboard rates are an additional $8.25/ft (annual prepaid) or $8.40/ft (annual paid monthly). added to your monthly or annual moorage cost. (Excludes GST)
Super Weekend Policy
A Super weekend is weekend during our high season that is a holiday weekend or is extra busy due to another event or circumstance. Super weekends are unique to each Marina property.

Booking procedures for Super Weekends:
Reservations require a two night minimum
Bookings must be paid at time of the reservation
No refunds on Super weekends
